Education 👨‍🎓

TL;DR: Completed my Computer Science Bachelor's degree at King's College London with First Class Honours. Still learning every day.

CS @ KCL

2019 - 2022

I've completed my Computer Science Bachelor's degree at King's College London with First Class Honours.
I was also a teaching assistant for Programming Practice And Applications (a core module for first years) which involves teaching Java and some best practices to first years, some of whom are new to programming.

  • I enjoy modules with a lot of coursework/programming. So I enjoyed learning Java from PPA, Scala and C++ from PEP and finally organising and conducting a small and large group project in SEG (Fake Banking App + SnapSense).
  • Achieved First Class for every year at university
  • Participating in the Associateship of King's College (AKC) programme. It's not related to CS in any way but I get to learn some history which I've enjoyed.

Maths + Physics @ Warwick

2018

I briefly studied Mathematics and Physics at the University of Warwick before quickly realising I didn't like the university or course much and wanted to study Computer Science as I had initially planned. So I withdrew, took a nice gap year to travel and sort some stuff out and then went back to university to study CS @ KCL.

High School + 6th Form @ Queensmead School

2011 - 2018

I studied for my GCSEs and A Levels at Queensmead School because it was close to my house and for some reason (🤔) my predicted grades for GCSE were really bad so I couldn't apply to any other 6th Form 😢

  • Achieved 9A*s and 1A at GCSE, including A* in Mathematics, English Language + Literature and all three Sciences
  • Achieved A*AAA in (Further) Mathematics, Computer Science and Physics
  • I volunteered for the school at various school/departmental events. I also tutored in my A Level subjects every morning in 6th Form.
